The NOXEL Passive Homes concept offers a complete house building solution including walls, floors, ceilings (including insulation), roofs and foundations. It is a flexible, modular system that can work in any type of construction from a single wall in a refurbishment to a full new build home.

The process begins with a consultation – we’ll travel to you to discuss your project and assess your plans. All you require are detailed architects designs; these are sent to the manufacturing plant in Germany where every measurement is taken and applied to our blocking system. We can normally offer a full costing of the job within 2 weeks.

While your tailor-made ICF blocks are being manufactured we will help you present the specifications of the building materials to your local authority building control to ensure your project is fully compliant with building regula

NOXEL Passive Homes are suitable for any site; before materials arrive you will be required to prepare a hardcore base for our foundation system, consisting of a supporting wall and an interlocking “floor”.

While The NOXEL Passive Homes ICF system is high-end building solution offering long-term savings on heating costs and minimising environmental impact it also affords cost savings in the short term.

When your building materials arrive they are all numbered with full assembly instructions, making construction straightforward and unambiguous. Because assembly is easy it requires no skilled labour to put the bricks together – in fact if you’re a self-builder you could easily do it yourself.

The nature of the system also allows savings on the technical aspects of construction such as electricity, gas and water. Plumbing, cabling and other services are factored into the construction and located within the void in the ICF blocks. Access to these conduits is easy through the interior walls.

To complete construction, we can supply a complete turnkey solution, supplying windows, airflow system, hot water & heating and energy supply or we can provide a quote to allow you to source other options in these areas.
